This is a BRAND NEW chalet, just completed in October 2008. Everything is new, including quality furniture, a game
table, big screen TV and everything you need to enjoy a weekend, a full week or even more in the serenity of the
Poconos. As you approach the house, you can see the large front deck.
Entering the chalet, enjoy its open-plan first floor which will allow your family and friends to
have a great time together, while choosing their favorite activities (watching TV, playing games,
having dinner or just talking in front of the fire). The cozy living room features
cathedral ceilings and a big comfy sofa which can pull-out to sleep 2 people. The stone fireplace will provide a nice setting both
in winter and in chilly summer nights, while you watch DVDs on our big screen TV.

To your right, our big dining room table could accomodate up to 8 persons, but there is seating at the
coffee table in the living room and at the kitchen counter. Many of our friends prefer the bar stools
by the kitchen, close to the tasty food. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with fridge, stove, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the dinnerware and utensils you might need.

On the first floor we also have a multi-purpose game table. The entire family can have fun, playing pool, air hockey or ping-pong.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and one with twins, TV sets and ceiling fans, and a full bathroom.
Upstairs we have the impressive master suite, with a comfy king bed, TV set,
and as a nice touch, a small "Juliet" balcony. There's also a sleeper here for an extra person.
The spacious master bedroom has its own bathroom, where you'll enjoy our jacuzzi tub!
So, in brief, the sleeping arangements are as follows:
one bedroom with a king-size bed + sleeper
one bedroom with a queen bed
one bedroom with two twin beds
pull-out sofa in the living room
sleeps 9
We also have a private rear deck which offers plenty of space for a picnic tables and a brand new grill.

No Smoking and No Pets - we love animals, but many renters have allergies.
